Reporting an accident

This policy provides a concise, actionable framework for addressing and preventing harassment and discrimination while ensuring accountability.

Anyone subjected to harassment or discrimination is encouraged to report the matter promptly. Incidents can be reported:

  • At Events: Visit the ISFP Office at the event venue and request a confidential meeting with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Pre/Post-Event: Reports can be made by phone or email using contact details available on the ISFP website. Emails sent to the general address will be forwarded to the appropriate individual.

Investigation Process

All complaints will be treated seriously and investigated promptly. While confidentiality will be prioritized, it cannot be guaranteed if it compromises the investigation’s integrity.

Prohibition of Retaliation

Retaliation against anyone reporting or assisting in an investigation of harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited. ISFP ensures protection against any negative repercussions for reporting incidents.

Disciplinary Action

Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary measures, ranging from verbal warnings to ejection from events without a refund, reporting the behavior to the offender’s employer, or banning repeat offenders from future ISFP activities. Membership termination may also be enforced by the Board of Directors.
